1.What methods of payment do you accept?

There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers are used to accept online payment with credit card and debit cards. If customers don't have cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend Western Union Money Transfer .

2.Do you ship your luxuries worldwide?

Yes, we will ship our products worldwide by EXPRESS MAIL, and it usually takes 7-9 days for delivery.

3.Can I have my order shipped to a P.O Box?

No, unfortunately not. Because we deliver by courier to your door, shipments can only be made to the address registered to the credit card you paid with. Upon receipt of the product, an adult must be available to sign for the package, and so it is impossible for us to ship to P.O Boxes.

4.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Shipping takes from 7 to 10 days for anywhere in the world. We will provide you with a tracking number within 48 hours of your order, so that you can track the progress of your shipment online. Please be advised that there is a delay of up to 5 days before the shipping company updates the information on their website. If you are away from home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left on your door, and the package will be available for pickup at your nearest post office.

5.How much does shipping cost?

No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, we only charge $10/£6./€8 for shipping. The status of the parcel is online traceable.

6.What kind of currency do you accept?

At present, we accept US Dollars, British Pounds and Euro Dollars.

7.Do your luxuries come with original packs?

All our items are stamped with brand logos. Your order will come with original gift packing. Please be aware that three charms will come with one set of package. All our items will not be covered by brands warranty. However the items could be cared by local jewelers or glasses shops at very low costs.

Ordering on mydreamjewelry.co.uk is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart "button to place it in your Shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

9.How can I make returns or exchanges?

We provide return and exchange service for our valued customers. Please refer to our return and exchange policy and contact us by email.

10.What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?

You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund.
