RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At mydreamjewelry.co.uk, we are earnestly not content until you are. Our job does not end when you click buy. As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it is our business to maintain long term relationships with clients. We are, therefore dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.

For Returns:

If you want to return your items, please notify us by email firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 15 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items MUST be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a traceable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation or Royal Mail signed for service@ mydreamjewelry.co.uk is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 working days after receiving the returns. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with your order number and details (a picture) of the fault item you wish to return. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund the postage costs upon request.

For Exchanges:

Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Canceling Your Order:

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@mydreamjewelry.co.uk ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. However there is no guarantee that we can stop it in time. If the order is stopped successfully before shipping, we’ll arrange a refund ASAP. However a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You can return the parcel after receiving for a refund. Once we receive your returned order (shipping charges must be paid by customer), we’ll arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 10 working days.
